Bart R. Boulton

An Orange County native, Dr. Boulton has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for years! He is a graduate of the prestigious University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry, where he also finished his specialized residency in orthodontics. He is a member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Orange County Dental Society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.

In his spare time, Dr. Boulton enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, mountain biking, coaching basketball and spending time with his wife and seven children.


Sharif Elbayoumy

Sharif Elbayoumy, DDS
Tustin and Mission Viejo, CA

Dr. Sharif Elbayoumy is a native of the Orange County area and an alumnus of nearby Esperanza High School. He then attended UCLA where he received a B.S. in Physiological Science. Following his undergraduate studies, “Dr. E” traveled to Washington D.C. where he attended the Howard University College of Dentistry. Upon receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Elbayoumy returned to Southern California where he practiced general dentistry for three years. He became the first dentist to provide dental care for under-privileged youth at the famed Crest Smile Shoppe at the Boys and Girls Club of Los Angeles. Dr. E, realizing 18 years of post-kindergarten education was not quite enough, then traveled to the University of Colorado where he received two and a half years of orthodontic education and a specialty certificate in the field of Orthodontics.

Dr. E is an active member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association and American Dental Association. He is also a member American Association of Orthodontics where he was recognized for his service on the Council for New and Younger Members. He is board eligible for certification by the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of several professional study clubs.

In his spare time Dr. E enjoys golf, tennis, basketball, skiing and soccer as well as spending time with his friends and family.


Robert Gire

Dr. Robert Gire, DDS, MSD
La Habra and Chino Hills, CA

Dr. Robert Gire earned his Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology, Zoology, and Physiology from the University of Wyoming. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry. Dr. Gire graduated in the top 5% of his class and was accepted into the prestigious United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. Dr. Gire then attended the University of Colorado, School of Dentistry for his Orthodontic specialty training. Since graduation, he has been creating spectacular smiles by utilizing the most recent technological advancements and clinical techniques available. Dr. Gire is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor enjoyed by less than 25% of all orthodontists in the United States.

He has two private orthodontic practices (Gire Orthodontics,, one in La Habra, CA and the other is in Chino Hills, CA. He is also a member of the American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, and Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.


Matthew MacGinnis

Dr. Matthew MacGinnis, DDS
Fullerton, CA

Becoming an orthodontist has been Dr. Matthew MacGinnis’ dream since the third grade. He was born and raised in Orange, CA and attended Villa Park High School.

Dr. MacGinnis attended the University of Southern California’s School of Dentistry (USC), where he studied four years of dentistry graduating magna cum laude. He then entered the “cross-town rival” and nationally recognized University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Orthodontics Residency Program, where he received an additional three years of orthodontic specialty training. While at UCLA, Dr. MacGinnis served as the chief resident and trained under and was mentored by Dr. Won Moon.

Dr. MacGinnis received numerous accolades and awards for his skills as a clinician and leader and for his clinical research. Dr. MacGinnis is a board-certified orthodontist, an honor achieved by less than half of practicing orthodontists.

On a personal front, Dr. MacGinnis is married to his wife, Wendy, and they have two wonderful children, Dane & Morgan. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys competing in triathlons and spending time with his family.
